  • Unused products: If your product is unused and in original packaging, contact hello@flavafil.com with your order number for an immediate refund and return label
  • Used or opened products: Due to health and safety standards, used products are only returnable if they arrive defective or damaged. Email hello@flavafil.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos for review within 24-48 hours
  • Do not send items back without prior approval. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and/or inspected
