At FlavaFil, we do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely.

1. Processing Time

  • Normal order processing time is same day for order received before 2pm CET and next day for order received after 2pm.

 

  • During launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take a little longer, typically 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery windows are normally provided at checkout, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package has been handed to the carrier. 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen shipping method.

  • From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

  • We’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot be held liable for carrier delays or errors.

6. International Shipping

  • We currently only ship to select destinations in the USA.

  • If exceptions are made to ship internationally customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
