30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your FlavaFil products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Unused Products – No Questions Asked
If your product is unused and in its original packaging, simply contact us at hello@flavafil.com with your order number and we'll process your refund immediately.

Used or Opened Products
Due to health and safety standards, we can only accept returns of used products if they arrive defective or damaged. If you experience an issue with a used product, please email us at hello@flavafil.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product and any defects

We'll review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased outside of FlavaFil.com
• Returns sent without prior approval
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

 

2. Product Warranty 🛡️

12-Month Warranty Coverage
Your FlavaFil is built to last. If you experience any manufacturing defects or product issues within 12 months of purchase, we'll make it right. Simply email hello@flavafil.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged product

We'll review your claim within 24-48 hours and send a replacement or issue a refund.

What's Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Product malfunctions under normal use
• Damaged products received

What's Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, modifications, or improper care
• Lost or stolen items
• Filter cartridges (consumable items with expected lifespan)

 

How to Start a Return

Email hello@flavafil.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for defective items).

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
